ATLANTA JAYHAWKS CHEER AND DANCE a local cheerleading training facility, is proud to announce that their International Global 6 Team, SHADE, was selected to compete at one of the nation’s most prestigious cheerleading competitions.
Held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex at the Walt Disney World® Resort May 8-10, 2021, The Cheerleading Worlds, produced by the U.S. All Star Federation (USASF), is the season-capping goal for Level 6/7 Senior and International All Star teams.
More than 120 USASF/IASF member event producers across the U.S. and in over 40 countries around the world qualify top teams at their premier national championships to compete at The Worlds. This international event brings together more than 9,000 cheer athletes to vie for world champion titles in senior and international club divisions and categories. The first Cheerleading Worlds was held in 2004.
The ATLANTA JAYHAWKS SHADE ALL STARS competed on May 8-9, 2021 and brought home the SILVER CHAMPION GLOBE, the first to be awarded to an Atlanta Jayhawks team.
