By Lacie Dooley, Publisher of Athens Macaroni Kid January 31, 2021

The purpose of Georgia COVID Perinatal Experiences (COPE) Study is to learn more about the experiences that pregnant and postpartum persons living in Georgia have experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. To take this survey, you must be 18 years or older, planning to deliver in Georgia, or have delivered your infant in Georgia in the past 12 months.

Funded by the Emory University Rollins School of Public Health, this study will help health care practitioners and policy makers know how to best meet the needs of mothers and families during this challenging time. For purposes of this study, please consider the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in Georgia to be March 14, 2020, when the state's public health emergency was declared.
