The perfect way to cool off while watching fireworks is with an ice cream sandwich. But why just watch fireworks when you can have firecrackers in your mouth!
Just purchase a box of any size or shape ice cream sandwiches.
Freeze them WELL.
Directions:
- Pour red, white and blue sprinkles onto a plate
- Add pop rocks in strawberry, watermelon, or cherry
- Unwrap ice cream sandwiches.
- Press each side of the ice cream sandwich into the sprinkles and pop rocks.
- Either serve immediately or place back in the freezer until ready to serve.
Don't tell the kids what to expect and have your camera ready!!
