DNJC Macaroni Kid has an immediate position open for a Sales Representative. This is a part-time, remote, commission-based position. The Sales Representative will be responsible for securing advertisers for display ads, social media marketing, email campaigns, guides and/or sponsored articles for the website and weekly e-newsletter.
The ideal candidate must be a resident of Duluth, Norcross, Suwanee, Johns Creek or Peachtree Corners. We are looking for an upbeat, highly motivated individual, who loves to meet new people and has a good idea of the businesses in this area, especially those with an emphasis on providing services to children and families. This person must be detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills and be a self-starter. Previous ad sales experience is required and digital media ad sales experience is preferred. This position is part-time and perfect for local moms or dads with school-aged children or retired individuals.
Salary for this position is commission-based and will be dependent on sales. The hours are flexible, but the ideal candidate would be available to work at least 15 to 20 hours per week. There will also be opportunities to receive complimentary tickets to local events promoted by our site.
