The City of Duluth Police Department invites you to join them for an empowering class about safety and self-defense for women. Learn tips and techniques to help you remain safe while you are out and about, or even at home. There will be three instructors guiding you through a classroom presentation, and later some practical exercises. If you plan on participating in the practical exercises, please wear comfortable clothing (sweats, t-shirt, tennis shoes).
