Berry Picking Farms in the Atlanta Area

May 31, 2015

There's nothing better than fresh picked berries! It's also lots of fun for the kids to actually visit the farm to pick them!

Below is a list of farms in "road trip" driving distance of our area. Pick one or try them all and enjoy the fun time with your family! As a bonus, check out books from the library with a similar theme and/or look up kid-friendly recipes to try with your little macaronis. "Blueberries for Sal" was my kids favorite!

You can find more information about harvest dates or about pick-your-own farms at www.pickyourown.orgMake sure to call ahead to confirm your visit, as farms often have to change their schedules depending on the weather and harvest.
