35th Annual Duluth Tree Lighting and Festivities

   The 35th Annual "Lighting of the Duluth Tree" will be held Saturday, November 30th at the Duluth Festival Center on Town Green.

Everyone is invited to attend this memorable event which is co-sponsored by the Duluth Fall Festival Committee and the City of Duluth.
City Hall will be open from 4-6:30 PM with live musical performances, including a special appearance from the Mayor, Nancy Harris, playing the piano. Sing along with the Mayor and enjoy time with family.

There will be games, story time and fun holiday crafts for the kids from
4-6:30PM (outdoors). The outdoor musical celebration begins at 6:30PM with Parsons Elementary Chorus and the Gwinnett Choral Guild performing their festive holiday carols, and a soloist will also "Light up the Tree" with the song "Oh Holy Night".

The highlight of the evening will be the special arrival of
Santa Clause with his live reindeer to meet and greet all of the children. Duluth is the city where Santa makes all your wishes come true.

So, plan on joining all of your friends and family at this special festive event that you will not soon forget!!
