Super Fab Pumpkin Bars!

Pumpkin Bars

Now, I'm not one for sweets normally but I am telling you this will be your new favorite dessert recipe! These pumpkin bars are moist, sweet and DE-licious! You will be all the rage when you take these fabulous treats with you this season! Bonus: They are SO easy to make!

Ingredients

Dry:
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Wet:
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
15-ounce can pumpkin

For the Frosting
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softeneed
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions

In your mixer, combine the eggs , sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy.
Then,  combine all the rest of the ingredients together  and add to the pumpkin mixture,
Mix at low speed until thoroughly combined and the batter is smooth. Spread the batter into a greased 13 by 10-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into bars and frost

To make the frosting: In your mixer, combine the cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl with smooth. Add the sugar and mix at low speed until combined, stir in the vanilla. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
