Ranch Chicken Fingers:
Kids LOVE chicken fingers! But, if like me, you are concerned with the ingredients, are trying to cut back on fried foods or find fast food is way too expensive today, then this recipe is for you. It is easy, cost efficient and allows you to control the quality of the meat and other ingredients plus your kids will ask for them over and over!
NOTE: These can also be frozen (before cooking) for future use!
4 chicken breasts
1 cube of butter-melted
Ranch salad dressing packet
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Slice the chicken breasts into one inch size slices. Mix together the bread crumbs and ranch packet. Dip chicken breasts into butter. Then cover with ranch/bread crumb mixture. But on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
