ATLANTA MUSEUM 2 FOR 1 ADMISSION WEEK!

April 25th through May 1st

April 26, 2015
Discover a new museum in Atlanta, or see a new exhibit at a favorite venue. For one week, over 30 local museums and historical sites are offering two for one admission when you register for a free coupon. The goal of 2015 Museum Week is to use this as a foundation on which to help the Atlanta community to engage with the wealth of wonderful institutions in the community.

For the first time in Atlanta’s history, participating cultural institutions will offer special admission deals for the general public between April 25th and May 1st as a way to celebrate the city’s museums and cultural destinations. This is being done in conjunction with the 2015 American Alliance of Museums Annual Meeting in Atlanta. Themed “Discover What’s New,” this first annual Museum Week is designed to invite people to explore the diverse cultural offerings the city has to offer.

The hope is that thousands of people will take advantage of all the special exhibitions hosted this week, explore places that are new to them and discover the wealth of choices they have in Atlanta.

The Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau (ACVB) is hosting a special landing page that has all of the information on this exciting program as well as the downloadable coupon for the 2-for-1 offer. The direct link is atlanta.net/museumweek.
