Michael Reid's Shaolin Martial Arts North Point
Here we teach authentic and traditional martial arts. We offer 4 programs: Traditional Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Internal Arts, a Youth Program, and an affiliated Kuntao/Silat Program.
Through the study of Traditional martial arts, we instill within ourselves discipline, mental concentration, respect, and confidence. Shaolin provides a lifetime of learning and physical fitness at any level, and challenges and strengthens the mind and body to whole new levels.

Action Star Camp
Train like an action star and appear in your own action star DVD featuring fight scenes, acrobatics, and a group demo!

Train like a Kung Fu Master! Learn Kung Fu weapons like padded Swords and Nunchuchu. Learn to balance, roll and fall like a Shaolin Monk.
