Audition for "SHREK THE MUSICAL" by Forefront Arts Young Actors Ensemble on Tuesday, September 2, 6:30-8:30 pm. Performance will be in May 2015.
Based on the hit film, SHREK THE MUSICAL is a Tony Award-winning stage musical that has swept the world with its magic. Featuring all new songs from Jeanine Tesori (THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE, CAROLINE OR CHANGE) and a side-splitting book by David Lindsay-Abaire as well as cult SHREK anthem I’m a Believer, SHREK THE MUSICAL brings all the much-loved characters to life, live on stage, in the show that proves there's more to the story than meets the ears!
Auditions are open to 6th - 12th grade students. Audition workshops start on September 2 and will progress for several weeks while we find the perfect role for each individual.
Rehearsals will be Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:30 pm, culminating in performances in May 2015.
The participation fee for this production is $55/month.
